On June 15, Alexandra was awarded the Sudostroitelny Cup, for her win in the SMS-Internet match against the World. To celebrate this, she played a 20-board Simul against VIP’s with a result of 19/20 (18 wins, 2 draw, no losses). The first prize of $5,000 was handed to Vladimir Litus who guessed most moves correctly in the Megamatch sponsored by Sudostroitelny Bank, hosted by the newspaper “Kommersant” and www.chessmegamatch.com.
