2 Gold & 2 Silver Medals in Team Competitions for Kosteniuk
Hi everybody,
I have been very busy, playing non-stop events for the last month. I’m glad to report that it’s been quite successful, and first at the World Women’s Team Championship in China, our Russian team (with Gunina, Pogonina, Goryachkina, Girya and me) got Silver medals, behind Georgia but in front of China.
After that I flew to Sochi, where the Russian Women’s Team Championship was played, and my Moscow team (with Gunina, Girya, Kovalevskaya, Kashlinkskaya,and me) got Gold medals in Classical and Blitz, and Silver in Rapid Chess.
